Born in Russia to a prostitute who wasn’t sure who the father was, Ophelia Sokolov was not destined to have a good life. Olga Sokolov was prepared to the care for the child herself but, after getting caught in crossfire on the street, Olga was gunned down with the baby in her arms. The shrapnel from the gun fire hit Ophelia in the face and suddenly, the little girl was an orphan, left alone, crying and hungry on the streets. The girls grandparents told Russian authorities that they had no desire to care for their granddaughter but that their daughter had written to them shortly after Ophelia’s birth, informing them that the child was born out of wedlock to one of her many sexual partners. Since she was not wanted, the girl was placed into foster care, in the hopes that she would soon be adopted into the system.

As luck would have it, a family that could not have children in America were looking for a little girl to call their own and Ophelia was placed in their care. Despite her facial scar, the little girl was extremely loved, particularly by her father. The couple already had adopted a boy, named Roy, and they opted to keep the name of their little girl, since it meant help in Greek and they thought the little girl was helping them to complete their family.

Being the apple of her father’s eye, Ophelia was spoiled by her father from day one. He provided her all the love and care that she needed, though she felt that her mother had always opted to care for her brother more than she chose to care for her. It was no matter, though, because Ophelia would bat her eyelashes one way and get exactly what she wanted. When she reached school age and children would bully her about her scar, her father called up the school to be sure that his daughter was well taken care of and that the bullies stopped bothering her.

When she reached high school age, she found ways of hiding her school with the way she wore her hair and concealed it with heavy makeup. Now that it looked like she was completely normal, the bullying had stopped and she had used her feminine wiles to find herself a multitude of boyfriends, all of which she hid from her father. Throughout the years of having her father wrapped around her little finger, she pitted boys against each other for her affections and always had any and all options that she needed. Although she wasn’t always the best student academically, she was certainly smart when it came to manipulation and getting exactly what she wanted. Even though she never wanted college to be in her cards, she was told she needed to attend college to help further her life and she made her father happy by applying to a business program.

College was a lot harder than she had expected and she needed to find a way to pass certain classes between her partying and serial dating. That meant that she needed to sleep with a couple of professors to pass her classes and Ophelia got a taste for older men through that experience. Being the intelligent girl that she was, when choosing classes she went for professors who she thought she could manipulate into sleeping with her if she knew she wouldn’t pass the class. None of her many boyfriends knew about this side of her, instead thinking that she was using those study hours to help further her education and not using as a means to an end.

Once she graduated from college, she got a job as a receptionist at a law firm and quickly made herself useful. Her good looks and charm to flirt with one of the most successful and married lawyers in the law firm. The fact that he was married didn’t bother Ophelia at all because she was using him to work her way through the law firm. However, it soon became evident that he was falling in love with her and told her that he would leave his wife for her. Using this opportunity to her advantage, she told him that she would marry him if she left his wife, and not even a month later, he had filed for divorce and put a large rock on Ophelia’s finger. Now that her engagement was a conflict of interest, Ophelia needed to find a new job and asked her soon to be husband if he would buy her a business; a jewelry store, where she could be surrounded by the finer things in life. He had also arranged for her to get plastic surgery to almost completely remove her scar. A month after his divorce was final, he and Ophelia were married, without a pre-nuptial agreement.

Her marriage of convenience left a lot to be desired and, even though she had her jewelry store, she needed to find sexual partners to fulfill those needs. She began several affairs, claiming to her husband that she was spending late nights at the store, fulfilling inventory, and growing her business. While that was all true, she was also sleeping with men in the back room, far away from cameras to catch them. Every time one of her suiters came into the store, they bought something small, as to not cause suspicion toward her activities.

Married life grew incredibly dull and Ophelia had considered calling it quits on her marriage. Although she was worried that she would lose her store, she went to go and talk to her husband about the state of affairs, she caught him sleeping with the new perky receptionist in his office. Although Ophelia wasn’t upset in the slightest, she played the victim in the situation to retain her jewelry store and half of her husband’s wealth.

Now, Ophelia is running her very successful business and proving that she is the boss bitch that she always knew that she was. Even though she has a failed marriage on her record, it’s no bother to her, and she is living her life the way that she wants.
